The My Place Forever Corp team (“My Place”) want you to understand how your information is collected, how My Place monitors it, how My Place uses it and also how My Place may share it with our third-party partners.
That’s why My Place wants and encourages you to take note and read our Privacy Policy (“policy”). Reading this policy helps you use the MyPlaceForever.com platform (“platform”) in the way that fits your need and is the right fit for you.
In this policy is where My Place explains how My Place collects your given information and then uses, shares, retains and transfers the given information you enter into the platform. My Place also lets you know elements of your rights and how it impacts this process of information gathering. My Place does this in a way which can make understanding the policy simple and easy to understand.

The policy informs you, the member of the My Place platform, on how My Place uses your important and given information within the platform.
Within this policy My Place shares the kinds of information My Place collects. Below are some of the places where My Place may obtain information:
- Who you connect to within your account.
- When you sign up for the platform and give information to us.
- Your activity while using the platform. Activity like using the links provided on the platform or activity involving communications (e.g. messaging, pre-messaging, and commenting).
- Information shared by our partners, affiliates and resources regarding your activity on their websites.
- Information obtained from the device used to navigate the platform, including the purchase information used, if any.
- When you give My Place information to develop, build and edit your member profile.
Information and data are different based on your activity within the platform. Therefore, My Place may collect different information and use the information differently depending on the type of information collected. Whether it is information from the platform or a third-party affiliate or partner, know My Place will use the information to make your experience better.
Here's some of the information My Place collects:
The platform allows the members to link together (called connections), message each other, and comment on other member’s accounts and posts (e.g. on the user’s photos, videos, journal entries). The activity conducted on these features are collected and analyzed. Some of this information is, but not inclusive to:
- Transactions and activity related to purchases made from the platform’s Online Store.
- Albeit minimal, content you give My Place by providing uploads and information via device functions (e.g. camera roll settings and AI features).
- Your performance indicators (e.g. time, frequency and duration) of your activities on the platform.
- Data imbedded, sometimes, within content, and as governed by federal law. This type of data is called metadata.
- Content you create in the member profile or on other members’ profiles.
- Different types of content established when you view or interact with ads and other platform content and also how you interact with this type of content.
- Options and features (e.g. future innovations and partner resources) you use, and what activity you perform with/for them.
- Microblogging symbols (e.g. Hashtags and/or identifiers) used within the platform.
- Messages and Pre-Messages you send and receive, including these messages’ content, subject to applicable law(s). If messages are encrypted, My Place will be unable to see the content when end-to-end encryption is used, unless My Place is authorized by the member for other purposes (e.g. content reviewing request for possible policy violations).
Given information which may have special protections
Certain information is protected through jurisdictional laws (Federal, state, local). This type of information should be maintained secured and private. However, you may want to add this information to your profile or within the platform’s data fields. Information about your political party membership, organized or non-organized religion membership, your sexual orientation, health information, racial or ethnic origin, philosophical beliefs, and or other organization memberships where applicable. This and other types of information could have special protections under the laws of your jurisdiction and the information needs to be managed by you in accordance with these laws as they protect not only the information, but you.
Friends, connected members, and non-connected members Information My Place collects about you, your connected members and non-connected members
My Place will collect information about your linked accounts, connected and non-connected members, and activities with other members (connected and non-connected) in the My Place community. How you interact (e.g. activity) will be collected and monitored, where and when applicable to ensure, in part, a safe and stress free environment is maintained. For instance, the platform does not promote political discussion or debate nor does the platform promote badgering, baiting, and or other negative comments. These types of communications are not permitted and will be investigated for possible member suspension or removal if it violates this policy or the terms and conditions. My Place promotes itself as a place where these types of communications are not welcome.
Information My Place collects about a member’s contacts
In the event a member wishes to add their contacts’ information (e.g. phone number, email address, etc.), the information will be collected when uploading or importing from a device and added into the member’s account, whether such account exists for the contact, or not.
Information My Place collects or infers about you based on other members’ activity
Activity from members about other members (connected or non-connected), or comments, connections, and activity by other members is also collected. Other members can be connected or non-connected.
It is possible in the future My Place will recommend other non-connected members for connection based on not just the member’s activity, but also a non-connected member’s activity.
This type of inference is designed to enhance the member’s experience. Some of the inferences are, but not limited to:
- 2nd, or higher, level connections.
- Groups, if available, where other members who are connected may belong.
- DNA connections
App, browser and device information
Since the platform can be accessed from different devices, My Place collects this type (e.g. device and device activity) of information also.
The type of information My Place collects about the device includes, but is not limited to:
- The type of device, software the device uses and other information about the device
- Your activity on, and with, the device. How the device accesses the platform and how the device conducts its handshake with the platform may be collected. Additional information to prevent bot access, may be collected.
- How the device sets itself apart from other devices through the use of identifiers, including Family Device IDs.
- Your device’s signals and information.
- Information from your device settings, camera settings and access, photos, GPS location, and other metadata you’ve shared with us through the device.
- Network information about how you connect your device to the platform and your type of connection, including your IP address.
- How our platform performs on your device.
- Cookie information and other technological information, where and when available.
Information from partners, vendors and other third parties. The kinds of information My Place collects or receives
Like our members, our partners and affiliates are important to our success. Therefore, My Place collects and receives information from them. The information My Place receives relates to various activity and information given by the member to the partner and/or affiliate.
The below list is some of the information My Place may receive about you and the device you use (list is not all inclusive):
- Basic device information (e.g. computer, phone, or other web connection device type).
- Places on the internet you visit using the platform’s portal options
- Cookies and its data
- App information
- Transactions made on the platform for purchases made from the online store or resources pages
- Your demographics (e.g. education level/location, career information, age, sex, race, date of birth, etc.)
- Your interactions with the ads displayed on, or via, the platform
- Your interactions with our partners, affiliates, and advertisers. Our partners and affiliates also share information like your email address, footprint (aka cookies) and device ID with us. This aids in enhancing your online experience with the My Place platform.
My Place may receive this information even when you are not using the My Place platform.
To determine how and when a partner, affiliate, or resource shares information with us, please read their privacy policy which can be found on their website or by contacting them.
What if you don’t let My Place collect certain information?
Since My Place tailors your online experience with our platform to be the best it can be, My Place needs this information. Without this information, you may not receive the best information possible to aid in your life documentation and/or end of life planning.
What if the information My Place collect doesn’t identify individuals?
In the case of de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized information by third parties to prevent an individual’s identity, this information may also be made available to us. My Place will not try to re-identify the individual, but will use the information to provide input for potential platform improvement. My Place may also choose to de-identify, aggregate, or anonymize certain information on or about its members and if My Place chooses to do this action, the information will be used the same way it is used by de-identified third party information.
The information My Place collects is used to provide an enhanced, and better, online platform experience and to use specific advertisements My Place feels best fits the member’s needs and interest.
Because the My Place platform can be accessed from different devices and the member will more than likely use multiple devices to access the platform, the information on these devices and activity will be collected.
Here are the ways My Place uses your information:
To provide, personalize and improve our Products
In an effort to provide a platform which is not just helpful, but also entertaining and interesting, My Place uses information gleaned from your use of our platform’s many services and information contained in your journal entries and also your comments made on your account and on other member’s account (e.g. photo comments).
How My Place shows ads and other sponsored or commercial content
As you add information into your profile and other areas on, and in, the platform, My Place designs an advertising campaign which best benefits you, interests you, and/or provides possible solutions to your everyday problems and issues. Advertisements and commercials which will appear in a non-obstructive portion of the platform view, My Place uses the below information (but not all inclusive):
- Your profile information
- Information received through cookies and similar technologies and in accordance with your settings
- Content created by your communications, activity, across the platform
- Areas of interest My Place believes may benefit you
- Information obtained through your connected members, which includes their activity
How My Place uses information to improve our Products
Information collected through the platform’s data collection process is used to:
- Check platform’s performance and take appropriate action to repair where necessary
- Research on new products and services and how the member feels it will benefit them
- Develop surveys and questionnaires to receive feedback needed for improvements in all areas
How My Place uses location-related information
If My Place has a location services option, and you choose to turn on that option allowing My Place to receive information (e.g. turning on location services) My Place will use the information in its platform’s improvements and performance improvements. GPS location and the operating system the member uses, along with other information will be used in this information collection.
It is possible My Place may receive other information even if the location services is not turned on. The information My Place may receive is found below (but not all inclusive):
- Your IP Address, which is used to determine your general location and can be used to
protect you and provide a safety feature for you and others. - Platform activity created by you and others on the platform.
- Any information you give us in building your profile and account.
Information you give us in building your profile and account is collected. Location information like place of birth, event places, places went to school, and places worked given to My Place through entry into the member’s profile account are collected. This information is used to (but not inclusive to):
- Enhance the member’s online experience with the platform
- Improve the platform’s performance
- Improve the platform’s features and future innovations
- Enhance the advertisements the member may see
- Aid in keeping the platform secure for all
To promote safety, security and integrity
My Place is focused on the safety and security of the platform and member’s information and My Place uses the collected information to protect both.
To provide measurement, analytics and business services
In an effort to aid our subscriber member’s experience My Place also aids and assists our vendor members (aka advertisers, partners, and affiliates) by providing feedback on performance indicators with their business’ links, ads, and banners.
To communicate with you
My Place uses the contact information you have given us (e.g. email address) to communicate with you.
To research and innovate for social good
My Place analyzes data from many resources to improve and enhance our platform’s performance. Resources like our platform, outside resources (e.g. third party and publicly available data), and even may communicate with other organizations to use their data. It is all done to enhance the member experience and provide a safe and secure online environment for all to enjoy.
How is your information shared on, and within, the My Place platform or with our partners, affiliates, and advertisers?
- If you choose to do so, you can share with the My Place partners, affiliates, and
advertisers when, and if they ask. - You should only share if you trust the person with whom you are sharing the information.
- Be aware of the information you share when, and if, a partner, affiliate, or advertiser
request same to conduct business or inquire for general purposes.
People and accounts you share and communicate with
The My Place platform allows you, at times, to select who you share information with and what others can read about you. There will be times when you are asked about the level of sharing you wish to have for the information you enter.
If you choose to share information with the My Place partners, affiliates, and advertisers they will be able to see the information you share with them.
For instance, if you choose to make your journal entry public, others will be able to see the entry which may include your:
- Life Story
- Photos and videos
- Family Tree
- Connected Members
- Additional information about you
What you communicate with them
The platform offers members the ability to directly communicate with other members. If you choose to send messages to other members, they will be able to see what you send them in its entirety. Whether it is an immediately available message or a pre-message, the information sent will be able to be seen by the other person at some point.
Some of your activity
There are areas on the platform where activity is displayed for others to see. This type of display could include when you are logged on to the platform or are actively engaged in some area of the platform. In this case, your activity may be seen by others. This activity could include (but limited to):
- An update made to your account
- A comment made on another member’s account
- A recent use of a service or purchase of a product offered on the platform
Content others share or reshare about you
Who can see or reshare your content
It is possible for people to view and then share, via copying and then pasting a link, your account information when it is made public. For instance, someone can see your profile page in the community section, copy the link from the webpage, and then share it to another platform or device (e.g. send via a messaging service like text).
Additionally, it is possible for members and non-members to view and see comments you have made to other member’s photos, videos, journal entries when these are made public within the setting’s features.
Because settings can be changed, the people who can see and view your information (e.g. comments) may change also. For instance, if you comment on another member’s photo and the member changes their settings for that photo from private to public, your information may then be seen where it originally was not seen by non-members.
How information about you can be shared
Because people attend the same events or have the same experiences with each other, it is possible your information (e.g. photo, video, or written description) may be shared on another member’s account. For instance, two people attending the same event may post to their account a memory about that event which involved both members. Additionally, members can:
- Share similar, or the same photo, video, written description within a comment in their
account(s) - Make a mention of another member’s attendance at an event
- Create a tag of each other within each other’s post(s)
- Share similar details about each other in a journal entry
Public content
What content is public?
Some of your information and activity are always public. This includes your name, My Place platform handle, uploaded pictures may be set as public, and information you have added to your journal as being public (e.g. life story, event participation, etc.).
My Place offers the member to set most information uploaded into a public view option.
Who can see public content?
In an effort to have your life remembered and available to be recalled easily, information set to public is offered up for viewing by anyone (member or non-member) accessing the MyPlaceForever.com website as long as the viewer selects the member’s thumbnail within the community section of the platform.
For example, if a member comments on another member’s photo, video, or journal entry of any kind, then both member’s information may be seen by anyone viewing the posting member’s Eternal Journal and then if the viewing party selects to see the commenting party’s Eternal Journal information all information, and more, may be seen again.
Where can public content be shared?
Anyone using the platform can send information made public to anyone from any type of device able to do so. For instance, someone viewing your Eternal Journal page can copy the URL for your Eternal Journal and then send it via text message to someone so they can also access your Eternal Journal. This function is important for your life story to be made visible by those who want to learn about you (e.g. family members you have never met), and possibly friends looking to find you after years of being separated.
Additionally, a member’s public content can also be seen, accessed, shared, and downloaded via
a third-party partner or service. These partners and third-party services are (but not limited to):
- Online search engines
- Third party API’s on the platform
- Various media outlets (e.g. television, podcasts, blog sites)
- Other third-party sites associated with, linked to, and working with the My Place platform
When you use an integrated partner’s product or service
Information they receive automatically
Because My Place has many partners and associated resources, the information within your public information can be seen. Information which they may see and access is:
- Your activity within these partners and/or associated resources websites/apps products/services
- Your use of the service the partner and/or associated product/service provides
- Your device used to access the partner and/or associated website/app product/service
- Your selected language used to make access to the partner and/or associated website/app product/service
Information they receive with your permission
It is possible the partner and/or associated party may request more information than what is readily available (e.g. made public). In this circumstance permission will come from the partner and/or associated party. Be sure to review the explanation they provide to see how they plan on using the additional information and how you can decline the offer.
It is possible My Place will have knowledge of the request made by the partner and/or associated resource. In the event My Place is notified of the request, My Place may log the request. Understand these requests are different from those requests made from the My Place platform (website and App) from any device (e.g. mobile, tablet, or desktop) and the settings options selected from those devices on the platforms.
How long they can access your information
It is possible that the apps and/or websites you’ve logged into using the My Place platform (e.g. the partners and associated resources) will be able to access your nonpublic information on the My Place platform. However, if you have not used the partners and associated resources app and/or website in 90 days, it is possible this access will be turned off. Special information: even if it is beyond 90 days, any information given and shared with My Place’s partners and associated resources may be retained by the partners and associated resources.
My Place recommends and encourages the members to check settings and options within the apps and/or websites, and of all accessed apps and/or websites, periodically to see which ones may still have access to shared and given information.
When you interact with someone else’s content on an integrated partner’s product or service
When you access My Place’s partners and associated resources apps and/or websites, they receive your activity information when interacting with other members, if this option applies.
For instance, if a member shares a social media post from another platform, and other members comment on the post, the partners and associated resources may receive all given information within the post, if the originating platform integrates with the My Place platform.
How integrated partners handle your information
My Place does not govern other platform’s handling of information. It is highly recommended the user reviews all applicable privacy policies of the platform they interact with and ensure it meets the user’s online use goals. Each website should have a privacy policy describing how and when they access information given them.
My Place shares given information with the below partners and associated resources:
- Advertisers who partner with My Place and use our advertising information
- My Place’s marketing teams and hired marketing companies
- Other businesses (e.g. who assist in marketing, advertising, surveying, data analysis)
- Research and Development teams and partner companies
It would not benefit My Place or the members to sell your information, so My Place will not sell your information.
Additionally, My Place governs our partners and associated resources in their use of the information they obtain and My Place requires them to follow our rules about how they may, or may not, use and disclose information given to them by My Place members.

Advertisers and Audience Network publishers
Advertisers
My Place interacts and shares information with its advertisers in many ways to develop robust advertisement campaigns. This includes sharing reports on the demographic information on a viewer (of the ad) and the kinds of people, things they like, and other miscellaneous information about the viewer. However, the information will not divulge or be used in an effort to identify the member. This sharing process is used to describe the ad audience so the advertiser can better
understand who views their ad.
Some of the additional information My Place provides to the advertiser, but is not directly about the member is:
- The ads members will engage with, if any
- When the member engaged with ads
- Where on the My Place platform the ad was shown (e.g. what page on the platform/app)
My Place analyzes your actions within the platform to determine how you interact with the advertisers on the My Place platform. Actions like, making purchases, downloading apps, etc. are analyzed to determine which ads are most effective. However, My Place does not share information (e.g. your name, address, email address, etc.) with the advertiser, which could then be used to identify you, unless such permission to do so is granted by you.
Partners who offer goods or services on our Products and commerce services platforms
My Place has partnerships with many vendors (aka partners, affiliates, and resources) who provide products and services, which My Place believes to be a benefit for our members. These partners, affiliates, and resources (including their partners acting on their behalf) require certain information to complete a transaction. Information like:
- Transaction completion items (e.g what product or service was made, shipping and handling information, payment information, etc.)
- Device information as it pertains to the security of your transaction
- Miscellaneous information as it pertains to regulations
- Any other information you choose to share and give
For instance, if you make a purchase from a partner, affiliate, or resource, they may require you to fill out an online form to ship a product to and information pertaining how you intend to purchase an item or service (e.g. credit card information). As in other types of transactions at other platforms, this information will be shared with the partner, affiliate, or resource in order to complete the transaction process.
Partners, Affiliates, and Resources
My Place has many partners, affiliates, and resources and they offer the member an array of options to help manage their life and provide a helpful product or service. When the member chooses to interact with the partners, affiliates, and resources, the partners, affiliates, and resources may receive information about the member’s activity on the My Place platform as it relates to the partners, affiliates, and resources.
Data Analytics Vendors
My Place does not generate, or have the need to generate, all types of analytical reports. My Place does generate analytical reports, but not for every need. Therefore, My Place may from time-to-time share information with third party analytical businesses to review and create reports to determine an advertiser’s effectiveness in advertising on the My Place platform.
For instance, a specific advertiser may work with a partner analytics team to determine an ads effectiveness and the information My Place analyzes would not suffice in the advertiser’s needs. Therefore, My Place may share certain non-identifying information about an ad and the ad’s viewers and interactors. This way the advertiser can adjust the ad’s performance features where applicable
Marketing vendors
My Place does not want to inhibit your enjoyment of the platform due to unwanted advertising. Therefore, My Place will share non-identifying information about you with My Place’s marketing team and vendor to better offer you applicable advertising to suit your needs and wants. However, My Place does not offer advertising as a main component of the platform and the advertising is only visible in a small area on the platform’s face. The information My Place may share with its marketing vendors might include your device information which you use to access the platform and subsequent advertisement. Any information shared is done with the intent to improve your experience on the platform by displaying those ads which appeal to you or benefit you in a way My Place has deemed appropriate.
Service providers
Service providers are considered vendors since they provide a service to you which assists us in bringing you our and our partners, affiliates, and resources products and services. As such, My Place shares information with service providers to also enhance your experience with the platform. Information My Place may share is (but not limited to) used for:
- Information needed to investigate any type of suspicious activity on/in your account
- Threat assessment as it applies to detecting and stopping threats to our personnel and property
- Payments processes
- Customer support functions
- Requirements to improve the functioning components of the platform and its products and services
- Providing insight to technical services for the platform
- Products and services analysis and how the products and services are used
- Any type of marketing relating to conducting surveys
- Product and services promotion through marketing efforts
External researchers
My Place provides information to the marketing teams who work in conjunction with our research and development teams. In some instances where marketing is not working with the research and development team, My Place may share your information with the research and development team directly to conduct additional research to enhance innovation efforts and to work on promoting and integrating a safer, secure, and integral product.
The types of results and initiatives the research and development team work to achieve involve:
- The My Place Forever Corp mission and vision
- A safe online environment for our members
- Future innovations
- The safety and security of our products and services
- Health and well-being of the platform and it’s members.
- If My Place shares your information with third party vendors within the research and development requirement, My Place takes all precautions to ensure the member’s privacy is protected.
Other third parties
If My Place receives a request from a third party legal authority (e.g. legal system subpoena or court order), My Place may share the information being requested to maintain compliance with applicable law or to prevent harm.
It is possible My Place may sell or transfer all or a portion of the My Place business. In the event My Place is sold in part or fully, My Place will transfer information given by the member to the new owner, but only is so far as is required by law.
My Place owns the following companies/products and may share information with these companies/products in an effort to make your online experience more enjoyable as it relates to including these other companies/products:

My Place shares many pieces of information with these other companies/products. Information shared may include (but is not limited to):
- Information collected by other means within the platform
- Infrastructure information
- Technology information
- Systems information
My Place also receives information from these companies in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. In some instances, My Place acts as the host and parent company of these other companies and will act in accordance with their instructions, terms, conditions, and policies.
Why My Place shares across meta communities
My Place shares information with these other companies to:
- To comply with applicable laws
- Promote a safe, secure and integral online experience
- Create a personalized online experience tailored to the member’s interest as it relates to seeing ads and other offers (third party or internal to My Place)
- To enhance the online experience through developing and improving features, integrations, and innovations
- To gain an understanding on how people use and interact with all My Place products and services
My Place offers the member the ability to manage their online footprint as it connects to the My Place platform and other companies. Therefore, it is incumbent on the member to know how they can manage and delete their information.
- You have the right to view, review, and download the information My Place has about you
- Using the settings and options within the My Place platform you can manage your private information
- While you can delete your account, My Place reserves the right to maintain a record in the My Place archives of the information you have given to My Place. If information is stored in the archive, it will be done so in accordance with applicable laws.
- My Place offers its members a variety of tools to view, manage, download and delete the member’s information.
- My Place reminds you that you may also have other privacy rights under applicable laws.
Manage Meta ads you see off our Products
As vendors advertise on My Place products, so does My Place advertise on other vendor’s platforms. My Place may choose to advertise the My Place products and services on other apps and websites. These other apps and websites may not be a partner, affiliate, or resource of My Place, but may just be a platform My Place wishes to advertise on.
There are more than one way to opt out of our tailored ads found on the member’s account. See below options for this opting out:
- Ad’s cookie-based opt out: In some areas of the US, the member can use the Digital Advertising Alliance to select the advertiser and then select the opt out function.
- If the member is in Canada, the member can use the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada by clicking on the hyperlink and following the instructions. This option may not be available.
- Depending on which Alliance is used, the members can view the Alliance opt-out option in French, English, or Spanish.
- The use of certain ad blockers by the member’s device may inhibit the member’s use of the Alliance opt-out option.
- Certain device-based opt out: Devices like mobile phones and tablets have settings which can be used to block certain advertisement. Depending on the device and manufacturer the opt out option will be different.
- Another third party option is to use the Network Advertising Initiative consumer opt-out platform.
How long does My Place keep your information? - My Place will keep your given information for as long as My Place needs to provide an innovation, feature, or service
- My Place reminds the member they can request My Place to delete information. See other areas of this policy regarding deletion of member’s information.
- My Place will delete the information unless there is a legal need or law governing the information’s maintenance.
- If My Place needs the given information to operate or provide products and services. For instance, My Place may need to retain and keep some of your information to maintain your platform’s account.
- The My Place feature the given information is used it for. For instance, pre-messaging and messaging services and products.
- In some areas, My Place is governed by certain laws. In an effort to meet the laws’ requirements, My Place may need to retain and keep certain given information. The time
- If My Place finds a need to retain and keep given information for other legitimate purposes, such as to prevent harm; investigate possible violations of My Place’s terms or policies; promote member safety, security and integrity; or protect My Place, including My Place’s rights, property or products and services.
How does My Place transfer information?
Why is information transferred to other countries?
My Place shares given information globally, both internally and externally. Internally My Place shares given information within the My Place platform and across our offices and data centers. Externally, My Place may share given information with My Place’s partners, affiliates, and resources, data analysis partners, service providers, and other third-party partners. Because My Place is a global company and has members, partners, and employees around the world, the transfer of given information may be needed for various reasons. Some of those reasons may include (but not limited to):
- So that My Place can provide functionality and provide the services stated in the terms and conditions of the My Place platform, as well as this privacy policy.
- Provide the functionality needed for members to share information and connect with family and friends around the world.
- The need to fix problems and provide viable solutions for improving the member’s online experience and use of the platform.

- In Managing and responding to legal mandates like court orders, search warrants, and other legal orders or subpoenas. These types of mandates come from third party organizations and entities like law enforcement, litigators, and/or government officials. Upon receiving these types of mandates, My Place legal services will review the mandate for authentication before responding to the mandate.
- And My Place adheres to any applicable law regarding accessing, preserving, using and sharing the member’s given information.
- In accordance with precautions related to promoting the safety, security and integrity of the My Place products and services, the My Place members, My Place employees,
property and the general public impacted by the My Place platform.
My Place may access or preserve your given information for an extended amount of time.
How will you know the policy has changed?
