The My Place Forever R&D team is always looking toward providing the customer with more options to enhance the life story experience.  We want the team to bring you value and an experience in our service which will be second to none.  So, this email will let you know what is coming in the future and what we are planning to offer our customers.  While the research is ongoing, and there could be hurdles which need significant work or may eliminate the innovation, these innovations have passed the first round of review. 

With the above in mind, here are some future innovations we are currently working on:

Shoot Me into Space

This innovation is something for our memorial customers who have been cremated.  We have personally experienced the trouble and pain associated with loved one’s ashes when they have been cremated.  The Shoot Me into Space innovation will involve taking some of those ashes and launching them into space with the ability to track the ashes as they travel in orbit around Earth.

Tree of Life Forest

Similar to Shoot Me into Space the Tree of Life Forest is a place where customers can memorialize their loved ones.  While cremation is not the foundation for this innovation, a lasting memory is.  Customers will be able to plant a tree in My Place Forever’s Tree of Life Forest in memory of their loved ones.  It is here their memory can live on and as an added bonus, the tree provides life to our planet.  Customers will be able to identify their tree through a GPS identity marker as well as the opportunity to place a physical marker at the tree, if the customer chooses.

DNA

In today’s day and age, DNA is a must.  My Place Forever is working with DNA providers to see how we can import and partner with services, which would enhance the customer’s life story experience.  My Place Forever wants to make it easy to relate DNA information within the customer’s account for linking family members and providing information related to DNA research.

AI

Artificial Intelligence has many uses for an enhanced customer experience.  For instance, if the customer chooses, the AI features My Place Forever is working on will provide the customer with the ability to hold a conversation with someone, even after the someone has passed.  This is a very delicate topic and one which requires an extreme amount of research and testing before actually rolling out the option.  It has, however, passed the first round of review.

There are many more innovations being reviewed and these are just a couple of the innovations we believe will come available in the near future at My Place Forever.
